3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, living room, dining area, kitchen, and a small back yard. Other amenities include no smoking, central air, bedroom ceiling fans, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, cable TV in all rooms, DVD/VCR player, and an enclosed outside shower. Less than two blocks to the Windrift and beach, and a short walk to the Concord Cafe, grocery store, and pizza shop.
